User Data Deletion — CD Control Center

Option 1: Disconnect inside CD Control Center

1. Log in to CD Control Center.
2. Open Connections.
3. Select the connected Facebook profile.
4. Click Disconnect.
5. Confirm the action.

Disconnecting should disable further Meta API access for that connection, remove or deactivate the stored encrypted token, and mark the connection as disconnected.

Option 2: Revoke through Facebook

Users may remove the application through their Facebook account's Business Integrations or Apps and Websites settings. Meta may update its account menus from time to time, so users should follow the current Facebook settings interface for removing connected applications.

Option 3: Request full deletion

To request deletion of stored application data, email score8marketing@gmail.com with the subject CD Control Center Data Deletion Request.

Please include:

• Your name.
• Your application login email.
• Your connected Facebook profile ID or display name, when available.
• The data you want deleted.

Reasonable identity verification may be required before deletion. Valid deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable period, subject to security, fraud-prevention and legal-record obligations.

Data that may remain

Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, audit obligations, legal compliance or dispute resolution.
