Acceptance of terms

By using CD Control Center, the user agrees to these Terms of Service.

Authorized use

The application may only be used by users who are authorized to access the connected Meta profiles, businesses and ad accounts.

Meta account responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining valid Meta permissions, following Meta's terms and advertising policies, ensuring connected accounts are legitimately accessible, and protecting their application login credentials.

Prohibited use

Users must not use CD Control Center to:

• Access accounts without authorization.
• Bypass Meta security controls.
• Circumvent Meta enforcement.
• Hide prohibited advertising activities.
• Upload stolen credentials.
• Store Facebook passwords or two-factor authentication codes.
• Interfere with the application or Meta services.

Service availability

Meta API availability, permissions, rate limits and account status are controlled by Meta and may affect the service.

Data accuracy

Reports depend on data returned by Meta and may be delayed, incomplete or revised.

Suspension

The operator may suspend access when there is suspected misuse, security risk or unauthorized activity.

Intellectual property

CD Control Center application content and code remain the property of the operator or applicable licensors.

Disclaimer

The application is provided without guaranteeing uninterrupted access, error-free operation or specific advertising outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the application, Meta API availability, account restrictions, data delays or user misuse.
